This garden had to be dog friendly with areas for the dog to dig in but be a place to relax in, entertain and cook as well.

Turning this small garden by 45 degrees allowed maximum space for the humans as well as the dog.

The water feature contained a splash area for the dog to paddle in and a small grass area in a shady corner.

As next door's garage roof jutted into this garden the unusable space underneath was turned into a storage area.

A single beam pergola added height and shielded the garden users from neighbouring houses.
